Support Through On-Site Visits
The BR&E on-site visits are a free service to employers and business owners in the Lincoln Community. In an hour or less, LEAD comes to your business and meets with members of your leadership team. On-site visits are designed to identify growth barriers and connect businesses with resources that may offer solutions.
After our meeting, urgent matters will receive immediate follow-up. LEAD will use pertinent information regarding your internal operations to serve as a bridge, connecting you with various public/private/non-profit partners to support you in the areas of workforce, real estate, regulatory relief, marketing, financing and any other key issues or growing pains.
The process is entirely confidential, and any information shared during the visit will be kept private.
Connecting the Dots
While many of the challenges discussed will be unique to your company, the on-site visits provide an opportunity to identify common themes across our region and better design community-wide services to address emergent business needs. Information collected in aggregate will help guide future services in the Lincoln community and region as a whole.
